General Description:

- The main function of this position it to build rich interactive e-learning experiences based on provided scripts and guidelines.

- The person must be well versed in the development of interactive flash components and animations.

- This ranges from multiple choice quizzes, drag and drop activities to small flash based games and inter activities.

Duties:

- Develop Flash pieces that balance creative and technical excellence

- Use motion and animation techniques to bring instructional storyboards to life

- Working closely with other developers and animators on projects ensuring peer-to-peer sharing of knowledge and practices

- Implementing innovative techniques and features

- Problem-solving in scripting, performance and optimization of Flash projects -

- Ability to adopt new tools and technologies

- Good command over Flash action scripting is MUST

- Good knowledge of Java Scripts and XML

- Integration of XML in Flash

- SCORM knowledge preferred

- Character animation in 2D and 3D is an additional skill

- Expert attention to detail.

- A master of graphics optimization Strong knowledge of Action Script.

- Comfort level with tight deadlines; must be proactive and able to multi-task.
