(NOTE: Junion Devs must have minimum 6 month experience. Senior Architects and Leads should have 4+ years of experience.

NexGenI (Next Generation Innovations) in Pakistan develops products for partners in Asia, Europe and North America. These products are used by thousands of users on daily basis, if not millions.

Technical Requirements

  1. 6 months to 10 years of software development experience in web environment preferably PHP, ASP and OO JS

  2. Must have proven experience of developing Projects using a CMS (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla) or Framework (Zend, CakePhP, CodeIgniter)

  3. Templates, advanced frameworks and data structures, including XML and AJAX

  4. Knowledge of Python, J2EE or ASP .NET will be considered a PLUS, but PhP is required

    5. Personality Requirements

    1. Must love to code, not BS. You will be working in a start-up environment, so learning & delivery should be your highest/only priority

    2. Must have excellent references from past employers or manager level employees at other firms

      1. Working hours will be quite normal – 9 hours per day, 5 days a week (75% of our current staff is Married)
