Analyze customers? behaviors to promote relevant offers to specific customer groups

Work closely with the analysis team and ensure segmentation and tailoring of all customer activities

Oversee portfolio management and effectively utilize business intelligence unit for identifying gaps

Transform data / statistics of customer activities into business results

Coordinate and resolve polices related issues with credit and control department

Manage approval requirements with marketing department for successful pilot campaigns

Required Skills:

Proficient in operating MS Office suite

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Sound sense for developing proposals
