Production Incharge in Highly Keen (An HR Firm)
We are an HR Firm looking for In-Charge Production (Dress Shirts) for one of our client related to menswear Production Industry. Job description of required candidate is;
In-Charge Production will regularly monitor all the production activities.
Receive Production order from Head and get the results accordingly from production team
Get daily cutting report from cutting master, and also cutting Performa of every order.
Daily four visits on floor to check the performance of Production Employees related to cutting, stitching, clipping, press and packing.
Supervise quality inspectors at every step of production and implement quality assurance division activities.
Random checking of Product at any time.
Check attendance report of production staff on daily basis.
Ensure discipline and time management at production floor.
Achieve daily production targets
Prepare all the production related reports and submit to Head Production at the end of shift.
Any other tasks related to Production assigned by Top Management.
Required Skills:
Qualification BA Preferable BS Textile Management
Related Experience 2 to 3 Years
