R & D Engineer in Mark Private Limited
Mission and Main responsibilities:
Responsible of preparing Lab samples (similar or closest to the industrial trial production).
Responsible of monitoring the Industrial trials.
Data sampling and analysis.
Job Dimension
Reporting directly to the CBU R&D Manager.
Will be working closely with the R&D product manager and Junior product manager
Current Context
Main Challenges: using the lab equipment/tools, to be able to duplicate a finished product in compliance with the existing process at the plant.
Short term Objectives: delivery of lab samples on time or before the due date.
Long term Objectives: help on suggesting solutions for problems as well to show a good level of innovation.
Should be able to create a good to great business and friendly relationship with the R&D team, Industrial and Quality teams.

Required Skills:
Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed
1.Strong experience in the laboratories(samples preparations / mix / analysis..).
2.Background in dairy/desserts/juice business is a must or a plus.
3.Should be expert in ingredients chemical reactions’.
4.Should be expert in ,making, processes dairy/desserts/juice processes.
5.Have high sense of innovation.
Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed
1.Very good communication skills.
2.Able to confront people in order to solve a certain situation.
