R & D Manager in Allied Paint Industry
Responsible of preparing Lab samples (similar or closest to the industrial trial production).
Responsible of monitoring the Industrial trials.
Data sampling and analysis.
Current Context
Main Challenges: using the lab equipment/tools, to be able to duplicate a finished product in compliance with the existing process at the plant.
Short term Objectives: Delivery of lab samples on time or before the due date.
Long term Objectives:
Help on suggesting solutions for problems as well to show a good level of innovation.
Should be able to create a good to great business and friendly relationship with the R&D team, Industrial and Quality teams.

Required Skills:
Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed
1.Strong experience in the laboratories(samples preparations / mix / analysis..).
2.Background in Paint Industry is a must.
3.Should be expert in ingredients chemical reactions’.
4.Have high sense of innovation.
