1. If you have real estate experience as a mortgage broker in Dubai, They are looking for you.
2. Great Communication Skills
3. Look for a mortgage loan product that exactly suits the clients needs
4. Apply to the bank for lenders agreement
5. Compile requisite documents required for loan, from clients side
6. Complete application form for client
7. Clearly explain the legal bindings to the client
8. Following through the deal and make sure it closes
