Designs and develops SAP computer programs that automate specific business processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP applications while assigned to project teams within an assigned business unit or corporate department. Utilizes a variety of client/server platforms. Under the leadership and tactical supervision of a project leader, incumbents collaborate with company customers, staff, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options.

SKILLS >> Must be thoroughly familiar with the ABAP/4 language, Development Environment, Data Dictionary, and Correction and Transport System. Must have a solid understanding of modern programming techniques, fourth-generation languages, and Structured Query Language (SQL). Computer programming background necessary with 3+ years of ABAP experience in the FI/CO modules, SAP Workflow development, and experience in delivering custom programs in FI/CO modules without other assistance and in a self-directed manner.
