We are looking for a professional, talented and energetic Senior .Net developer who should lead our Karachi Office from front. Responsible for managing other people and having the ability to work closely with teams, the applicant must have command in SQL Server and at least 3+ years of .Net web experience. He/ she must possess the ability to assist subordinates and have problem solving skills.

The Sr. Programmer should be experienced in developing complex solutions with .NET, SQL Server 2000/2005. A ,programmer at heart,, the Lead Developer would be responsible for contributing specialized technical knowledge and participating in the ongoing design and development efforts. The key is to be a mentor to other developers through example.

Required Skills:

Ability to handle multiple web based & e commerce projects.

* Articulate and able to effectively communicate both verbally and through writing.

* Motivation to be a self-starter to meet the needs of customers.

* Excellent foundation of programming concepts and methods.

* Demonstrated understanding of both development and QA process.

* Ability to understand complex business problems and translate into *appropriate technical solutions.

* Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications as well as assist in envisioning scope of projects.

* Mastery of HTML/Javascript/DHTML.

* Programming experience with Microsoft ASP.net

* Database experience with SQL Server 2000/2005.

* Experience in a Microsoft development environment using tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and Visual Source Safe.
