We currently have a senior level vacancy for a Website/Software Developer. The role of the candidate would consist of:

  1. Managing a Team of Developers

  2. Bid on/Find international projects for the company (International & Outsourcing Websites etc)

  3. Whenever required work on development of projects

    4. Therefore the major responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be:

    • Managing the Development Team

    • Setting Project Timescales

    • Preparing, Sending and Following up of Proposals

    • Written and Verbal Negotiations with Clients

    • Ensuring smooth execution of projects

    • Following up with existing clients on a daily basis

    • Complete, Professional closing of each project

    • Maintaining excellent, long lasting relationships with clients

      • Required Skills:

      The ideal candidate must have the following skills

      1) MIT/MBA IT with minimum 3 years working experience in finding international projects

      2) A background in or understanding of Web Development/Designing, Applications Development and SEO

      3) Excellent business sense and organisational skills

      4) Excellent command over written and spoken english and must be able to write Proposals and Requirement Specifications

      5) Excellent team management skills, experience and expertise

      6) Able to screen out and shortlist projects

      7) Experience in communicating with international clients

      8) Target/Result Oriented and have the ability to confidently step outside their comfort zone when required
