Sharepoint Senior Analyst Programmer
Responsible for informational system design and applications programming for all aspects of the information technology systems of the Gillani Middle East and Clients.
To analyze end user needs and customize/create software applications to meet those needs.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, this position will provide technical support and system administration for the Gillani Middle East Intranet.

? Full life cycle development (design, develop, test, debug, implement, and enhancement) of computer applications for all aspects of the computer services systems of the Gillani Middle East.
? Helps in developing project cost and benefit estimates to establish project worth including the development of alternative considerations leading to recommendations for new systems or equipment installations or change to existing ones.
? Develops program documentation and instructions for operators and end users.
? Determines the impact of proposed projects on current workloads and defines the interface between proposed projects and existing systems, software, and hardware.
? Develops and/or evaluates previously refined data and programs and selects from a range of alternatives to determine the appropriate action to be taken.
? Possesses and utilizes project management skills and works in a team development environment.
? Develops or assists in the development of work plans and task sequencing.
? Performs necessary research, analysis, and evaluation to determine project feasibility.
? Provides technical training to professional and paraprofessional staff.? Devises data verification methods and standard systems procedures
Required Skills:
4 years experience in designing Share Point or MOSS infrastructure, page design and workflow customization
6 years experience in Microsoft Development technologies using Visual Studio, .Net, C Sharp
5 years experience on XML, XSLT, XPATH, Windows 2000 server, Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS
4 years in web services development
Preferably with MCAD certification
Preferably with Masters Degree
Exposure to CMMI level 3, Windows Workflow Foundation, InfoPath server, Enterprise Search, Excel Services Server, Network Load Balancing, financial sector will be an advantage
