Responsible to analyze the free alkali of the bleached and unbleached paste and advise production for maintaining the alkali between 0.1 to 3%

Responsible to analyze the AD % Moisture %, BD G/L, color, perfume and DFR ml/sec of every crutcher of production at tower bottom and post dozing stage.

To visit the packing floor at alternative hours, inspect the quality of packed product and packing material, report it in packing and weight control sheet.

Responsible to visit the packing floor at alternative hours for the inspection of packed material and conduct the % QDI of product SE at level 1 and level 2 SKU wise

To analyze the bins for the moisture %, BD g/L, DFR mL / sec, colour and perfume of all bin samples and perform the enzyme analysis and AD analysis of Bin at random basis.

Responsible to make all the solution for calibration and determination of enzyme activity on daily and weekly basis used for Cobas Mira Plus to determine the dust level ug/m3, enzyme activity GU / m3, LU / M3 in dust.

Required Skills:

Good Analytical, Communication and Computer Skills are required.
