Systems Analyst in Pakistan Institute of Cost and Contracts
1. Participate in project analysis, design, prepare business requirements and
functional design specifications.
2. Develop the Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use Case Document (UCD), Use Case Diagram, User Scenario Document (USD) and Test Cases.
3. Evaluate and analyze current work flow processes to determine feasibility of re-engineering and/or automation, along with evaluating business needs against current system capabilities
4. Should be able to write software applications on Microsoft platform.
5. Must be able to handle full life cycle development and work with the development team(s) to make additions to core product design capability as well as design and develop new applications.
6. Having proactive, strategic, forward-thinking team player capable of working with multiple business and technical areas to achieve optimal software solutions.
7. Will be involved in evaluating and recommending technologies to support optimal software solutions.
8. Having the ability to interview internal and external end-users, actively listen, apply.
information from meetings to complete tasks; document current and future systems.
9. Ability to make presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Equally qualified female candidates will be given preference.
1-2 years of work experience in same position (fresh graduates may also apply)
2. Self motivated and proactive with strong analytical and design skills
3. Strong knowledge of SDLC and ability to relate best practices in software development to practical application solutions.
4. Sound skills in ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, scripting etc.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
6. Strong documentation skills
