1. إعداد وإدخال الفواتير الخاصة بمبيعات الفرع النقدية والآجلة على الكمبيوتر بالدقة المطلوبة

2. مراجعة فواتير المبيعات ( كميات مطابقة لأوامر التوريد – الأسعار وفقا لقائمة الأسعار المعتمدة )

3. التحقق من نسب الخصم الممنوحة للعملاء وفقا لنسب الخصم المسموح بها من الادارة وعدم التجاوز عنها الا باعتماد مدير الفرع (لائحة المبيعات )

4. إمساك صور من الملفات الخاصة بالعملاء وعقود البيع الآجل للمتابعة من الفرع مع حسابات المركز الرئيسى

5. إمساك السجلات الخاصة بالائتمان للعملاء ومتابعة عدم التجاوز

6. متابعة التحصيل الخاص بالعملاء وإعداد كشوف أعمار المدينين لعملاء الفرع

7. طباعة يوميات المبيعات النقدية والآجلة للفرع وتسليمها الى المركز الرئيسى وفقا للجدول الزمنى المعد من الادارة المالية و نظم المعلومات .

8. تحري الدقة الكاملة فى ادخال البيانات على الحاسب الآلي

9. مطابقة رصيد المخازن الفعلي مع بيانات الحاسب الآلي

10. المحافظة على سرية البيانات المتاحة بالفرع

11. الامتثال لكافة طلبات رئيس الحسابات والمدير المالي

12. التحقق من ترحيل القيود

13. مراجعة تقارير الاقفال الشهرية و التحقق من القيود و تعديلها وذلك للتأكد من دقة التقارير.

14. إتباع و الإلتزام بتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بحسابات العملاء و المدينين .

15. يراجع خطوات التوثيق و إعداد الملفات المتعلقة بحسابات المدينين و العملاء لكى يتحقق من دقة المعلومات الواردة بها .

16. تطوير و تدريب وتقييم الذات من خلال الاستفادة من نظم تطوير الشركة وعمليات التقييم لضمان كفاءته للقيام بدوره.

17. ما يستجد من أعمال أخري يكلف بها ترتبط وأهداف وظيفته

• التاكد من أن تفاصيل قيود اليومية صحيحة.

• التاكد من أن تقرير الاقفال الشهرى صحيح.

• التاكد من دقة إعداد مذكرات التسويات البنكية .
