Key accountability will include:

· Ability to handle and review the design of maritime structures as well as in-house design for improvements of existing marine facilities to suit the actual demands.

· Prepare Standard Specifications and Terms of Reference for new projects for consultancy tender procedure as well as ability to review and initiate Material submissions for the Project Manager approval.

· Supervision of ongoing construction projects and works progress at site to ensure results are in line with tender document requirements, budget, and timeframe.

· Review submitted invoices and payment certificates to ensure the information is as per actual site progress.

· Reporting daily results and required actions to the Project Manager for approvals.

· Ensure handing over of marine projects on time, completion of all snag lists as well as hand over of operating manuals in line with project requirements.

· To carry out regular inspections of Berths Facilities and Quay Wall Furniture in order to keep the facilities in efficient working manner. Any incidents to be reported immediately to the Projects Manager and to set method of repairing and short list contractors for required repairs.

· Prepare proposal/s for development of Existing Marine Structures Berths in order to meet the new requirements requested by Operations department.

· Review and prepare recommendations to Project Manager for any submitted variations and claims that may arise during the course of the projects.

To deliver operational support related to service & system supported by Information Technology. Primary purpose of this role is to support the technical services environment operationally ensuring all key systems are managed and maintained within agreed standards and SLAs. System & Processes are implemented according to scope and regularly updated in line with business requirements. Backups are operationally managed and maintained.  Operations Support must be knowledgeable in a broad, constantly evolving assortment of Information Technology policies, procedures, & must possess the maturity & reliability to provide user support accurately & consistently.  - Provide a 2nd/3suprd/sup level operational support managing the Infrastructure & Operations environment.
- Ensure all operational systems are documented to high standard, with continual updates.
- Responsible for the daily administration / support of existing servers
- Responsible for the build and configuration of new servers and that they adhere to company build standards
- Handles the resolution of OS issues, patching, virus updates, design validation, hardware refresh and end-to end troubleshooting
- Responsible for the timely resolution of all server/OS issues and incidents
- Completes server administration functions in a timely manner
- Performs log and event analysis
- Adheres to company standard policies and procedures and change control process
- Ensures that all server/Data Centre documentation is updated and maintained
- Participates and/or takes ownership of the patching, troubleshooting and analysis of OS and hardware platform issue
- Analyzes issues and creates timely solutions to meet operational needs
- Interfaces with other administrators to provide requirements, develop procedures, analyze performance data and implement solutions
- Regular reviews of infrastructure performance against inter-dependent technologies and services
- Other duties as assigned by the Data Centre/Server Team Leader
