Principal Accountabilities:

1. Establish data requirements to build, validate and calibrate credit rating models.

2. Provide data acquisition and statistical support during model building and validation stages.

3. Development and validation of internal risk estimates such as PDs, LGDs, and EADs based on relevant statistical methods prescribed by SAMA / Basel.

4. Work with the business and model development team to improve the accuracy and discriminative powers of the existing credit rating models through use of statistical methods.

5. Provide statistical support to build credit risk Stress testing model.

6. Develop and maintain detailed documents supporting the aforementioned work in meeting Basel II compliance requirements.

7. Ensure that the data used for model development is reliable and robust and that it adheres to industry standards. Good understanding of business related characteristics, as well as proper handling of data anomalies and missing values are critical success factors.

8. Assist in maintaining and improving existing credit risk concentration model.

9. Good communication skills to ensure model documentation is clear and provides third party reviewers (i.e. Internal Audit, or SAMA) the ability to replicate model functionality.

10. Conduct Portfolio Analytics and preparing management reports for the senior Management on monthly basis.

11. The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions furnished by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.

Reporting to the CCO, the Marketing – Branding and PR Manager will be responsible to plan and roll out the corporate marketing strategy through overlooking and aligning Daman’s marketing units – Brand Management, PR and Communications’ and Events’ Management.

• Brand Strategy & Planning – Develop the corporate marketing strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy

• Manage the marketing team to ensure alignment of marketing units’ strategies, objectives and planning & execution of implementation plans with the corporate marketing strategy.

• Ensure effective liaison among the departments’ units to leverage on cross-functional synergies

• Plan and sign off marketing budgets in line with agreed corporate marketing strategy & overlook the execution by marketing unit to ensure adherence to assigned budgets

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies & procedures, ethical standards and code of conduct

• Manage the Branding team to:

a. Develop brand and/or product strategy in alignment with corporate marketing strategy

b. Identify & Implement key value propositions by target segment throughout various communication channels

c. Continuously monitor and re-evaluate brand awareness, recall, equity, positioning etc

d. Promote internal Brand Engagement & brand & retail guidelines’ implementation & conduct regular brand audits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the International Support Coordinator is to assist the US-Based team at Marmi Natural Stone (sister company of Marmonil marble & granite) with processing orders to North America. This includes expediting the order process to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality control in order fulfillment and products. This position will also be responsible for overseeing all shipments for Marmi Natural Stone. The International Support Coordinator may be required to work at product related tradeshows for Marmonil and Marmi Natural Stone..

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• In conjunction with the Marmi Natural Stone Client Services Manager, work to develop relationships with logistics companies to coordinate the logistics of materials to North America.

• Assist the Client Services Manager with order processing and expediting for Marmi Natural Stone projects, ensuring quality and compliance on all projects.

• Communicate daily with Client Services Manager to keep him/her informed of the status of all pending orders and shipments as well as any defects in quality or problems that may arise.

• Visit quarries and manufacturing facilities to ensure quality control of products ordered for Marmi Natural Stone projects.

• Ensure paperwork for all Marmi Natural Stone shipments is processed accurately and efficiently.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Attend phone and in-person meetings with Marmi Natural Stone employees, clients and/or owners as required.

• Attend product related tradeshows for Marmonil and Marmi Natural Stone, as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Marmi Natural Stone COO or Client Services Manager.
