Team Leader
Plan & schedule Team Operations in shifts to achieve production targets as per market requirements.
Lead his/her Team and subsequently improve the product quality standards as per specification and target. Implement the company Quality policy in his team.
Continuously review production performance indicators in his/her area of responsibility and take appropriate measures to fulfill consumer / customer expectations.
Required Skills:
Strong Decision Making and Resource Management.
A sound understanding of Production Optimization, Waste Reduction Techniques and Quality Systems.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Influencing Skills
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors in Engineering (4 year degree) preferably in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics with 2 to 3 years work experience.
