Job Description:
1. Responsible for Technical support and problem resolution
2. Responsible for establishing O&M routines for routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, complaint handling and technical documentation handling and work plan
3. Responsible for analyzing the faults and performance report
4. Responsible for on-job training
5. Responsible for preparing and attending Monthly report
6. Responsible for coordinating System changes
7. Responsible for providing senior technical support
8. Responsible for Metro System maintenance and repair
9. Responsible for technical Support
10. Responsible for routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, complaint handling

Ability Requirements:
1, have the comprehensive and in-depth engineering technology knowledges and abundant in practices experience.
2, have the ability of abstract project implement requirement, and participate in evaluation of the implement process
3, have the strong ability to improve the implement process, optimize the implement flow and the engineering installation, and successfully apply in practice
4, have the ability to undertake the entire project technical support
5, have the ability to draw up a technical or operation specification
6, be familiar with the specification of the field and customer
7, be familiar with the maintenance scope and process, and have practice experience
