Bokharis Inc is offering UX (User Experience) Designer internships for potential individuals to join our company?s Web Development team. Candidate will go through extensive trainning in user-centric design, user-interfaces, information architecture & human-computer interaction.

UX design incorporates most or all of the above disciplines to positively impact the overall experience a person has with a particular interactive system, and its provider.

Typical outputs UX designer provides include:

Site Audit (usability study of existing assets)

Flows and Navigation Maps

User stories or Scenarios

Persona (Fictitious users to act out the scenarios)

Site Maps and Content Inventory

Wireframes (screen blueprints or storyboards)

Prototypes (For interactive or in-the-mind simulation)

Written specifications (describing the behavior or design)

Graphic mockups (Precise visual of the expected end result)

Required Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree with HCI semester attended will be preferred.

* Good understanding of HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS & XML.

* Understanding of Portals (e.g. Liferay, WebSphere, SharePoint).

* Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or similar applications

* Understanding of the software lifecycle and the role of UX/UI design throughout the software life cycle

* Knowledge and demonstrated experience with different browsers e.g IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome etc.
