Defines, creates and manages validation activities and approves Sensys products alpha, beta and commercial releases.

Creates test jigs, testing frameworks, sets benchmarks and design STUB framework applications for testing Sensys products.

Deploys Sensys Flagship Products inProcess/Discrete Industry like Oil n Gas Plants, Power Plants, Food and Beverage Plants, Pharma Industry. Bringing in 100% customer (end user) satisfiction andennsure that the product runs successfully (24/7) in these plants.

Defines and establishes communication and network topologiesto interface with the PLCs, RTUs, DCSs, SCADA systems inOil n Gas Plants, Power Plants, Food and Beverage Plants, Pharma Industry.

Strategize and manage automation lab with state of art machinery including latest processors, PLCs, RTUs and other industrial automation equipment.

Ensures productss compliance with OPC, SP95 and other industry standards.

Provides assistance to product manager in identifying, evaluating, and redesigning systems specifications and procedures that are cost effective and meet quality requirements.

Reviews and sometimes creates detailed specification for the productss features to meet business requirements.

Works with product steering committee to review and approve requirements, functional specifications and design details for the new products.

Supervise QC (Quality Control) head, FTD (Field Testing Department) head and Lab head. Works with QC head for in-house testing of the products from sanity testing to regression testing. Works with FTD head in field testing in order to accept the BETA deployments of the Products. Work with Lab head to define benchmarks for the Products with huge real time data flux in sub second resolution.

Oversight and execution of validation testing activates and incident resolution.

Assist with development of a regression testing strategy.

Perform training as required on testing plans and protocols.

Apply risk based approach principals to requirement to define validation strategy and define testing strategy.

Provide data results and summaries for inclusion in the final validation reports.

Prepare new specifications and SOP’s and perform audits and assessments.

Prepare qualification protocols for automated testing tools.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of Product life cycle development and implementation processes.

Knowledge of industrial automation systems, business use and validation.

Familiar with Risk Based approach concepts and application to validation strategies and activities.
