The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Overall management of inventory and warehouse. He will be looking after 5stores(Raw Material,Finished Goods, in house Manufacturing, Paint items and General Items) in a systematic way.Monitoring, Tacking, optimizing store activities, Utilizing the resources efficiently and effectively in timely manner. Scheduling, items Resource Planning and scheduling, Stacking, Storing and keeping records updated of day to day operations.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met

  • Communicating with other departments.

  • Overseeing stock control and processing orders.

  • Ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.

  • Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters.

  • Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems.

  • Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone

  • Keeping stock control systems up to date.

  • Planning future capacity requirements.

  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Briefing team leaders on a daily basis.

  • Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving.

  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

  • Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.

    • Required Skills:

    The candidate must have at least 7 years of working experience as a store/warehouse manager from a large scale company preferably from an automobile, electronics or FMCG. Applicant having the experience solely of a Service industry will not be acknowledged.

    The Candidate with Supply Chain concept will be preferred.
